Loyalty Scheme

Sound Personnel value their temp staff and in appreciation of your efforts Sound Personnel has implemented a system allowing you to receive recognition for your hard work via a bonus scheme.

 

Remember you are responsible for keeping an updated accurate record of points earned, and a copy of your timesheet is to be attached to the record log. Redeeming points for prizes is as easy as handing your record log into your consultant, and more than one prize can be claimed!

 

Point System

 

  • Points will be awarded for the following
  • Same Day Start 5 points
  • Client Requested you back 10 points
  • Current Assignment Extended 10 points
  • No sick days in the month 10 points
  • Temp of the month award (consultant nomination) 30 points
  • Temp of the quarter award (client nomination) 50 points
  • Refer a friend who secures an assignment 20 points
  • Complete 350 hours of assignments 25 points

 

Temp of the Month

 

Your consultant is responsible for nominating you for temp of the month. To be nominated for this award

you need to adhere to the following criteria:

  • Have no sick days within the month
  • Complete assignment as per client requirements
  • Have positive feedback from client about performance or attitude
  • Keeping your consultant informed – we are then in a better position to support you.

 

Temp of the Quarter

 

A client can nominate you for the ‘Temp of the Quarter’ Prize by providing positive feedback on your

performance during an assignment.

  • 100 Points 2 Movie Tickets
  • 300 Points $50.00 Gift Voucher Rockingham City Shopping Centre
  • 500 Points $100.00 Dinner Voucher for Sunsets Restaurant
