Being a temp means that you have to hit the ground running and it is for this reason that we conduct extensive skills testing before placing you on assignment.  The last thing we want to do is to place you out of your depth, so we take a full job breif assess the skill level required and then match it to your skill level ensuring a win win outcome.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Temping is an opportunity to expereince a workplace before committing to it permanently, remember you interview and probationary period is a 2 way street and you need to assess the suitability of the workplace to your own needs.  Temping provides the platform to do this na dplaces you in full view of employers should a permanent position become available whilst on assigment.

FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS

You can choose how often you work be it a couple of days a week or full time, and if you need a week off between assigments this can easily be accomodated.  True Flexibility.

NO OFFICE POLITICS

Temping is a great way to avoid the politics, you are there to do a job and go home at the end of the day and there is no need to take work home with you.  A top reason for staff resigning is there inability to get on with another member of staff.  As a temp you always know that your assignment will end and you don't have to be involved.
